Tim and I were great friends. He lived in Florida and when we would spend winters there we would meet for lunch. Did you guys know he still had the same 1957 Chevy that he had in high school? MINT.
Tim was a good guy. I first remember him as Tim Miller and he always had a great smile. In High School I recall how he painted his "57" Chevy a copper color from a couple of cases of spray paint cans. I looked pretty good too. I'll miss him.
Our paths first crossed during sophomore year of 1963-'64 in Ms. Limpus's World History class. I, right away, concluded he was a great guy. How right I was! During dinner at the 40th reunion, Tim and his wife joined my cousin and I. Larry Peck and Tom Leiter were also seated at the table. Now my cousin, whom I was very close to, and Tim have passed on. But then, both could, as of this posting, be talking about the 2006 reunion up there in Heaven.
